These Terms govern your use of 4qdrive.com and your purchase and use of Field Pass and related products from JG BeatsLab LLC ("we," "us," "4Q Drive"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

4Q Drive sells digital products, including the Field Pass bundle of books, workbooks, access to the Huddle AI assistant, and future updates. All products are delivered digitally.

Your license to use the materials

When you buy Field Pass, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the books, workbooks, or other materials, and you may not share your library access credentials with anyone else. The materials and all of their content remain our intellectual property.

Lifetime access and updates

Field Pass includes access to the current catalog and to future updates we add to it, at no additional cost, for as long as we offer the product. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product and the business, not a guarantee of any fixed period. If we ever discontinue the product, we will give existing members reasonable notice and continued access to what they purchased where practical.

Access and credentials

Field Pass content is delivered through a password-protected library. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials private. We may update the access method or the credentials from time to time, and will notify members of any change.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the site and may change over time. The price you pay is the price in effect at the time of your purchase. Members who bought at an earlier price keep that price for their existing access. Price changes apply to new purchases.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

No guarantee of results

Our materials are educational. They share a methodology, a set of frameworks, and the author's own experience. They are not a promise of income, clients, or business success. Building a practice depends on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skills, market, and circumstances. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any particular result, financial or otherwise. Nothing in our materials is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or the products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
